Mounting hooks, cutting bricks, pulling in cables and studying construction plans. Our two EmanicpAID program participants Ibrar Ismaili and Alem Solomon spent a trial day last week at the companies Energie Genossenschaft Schweiz and Tresolar.

Alem Solomon, who lives in the canton of Zug, has already completed an internship at a solar company in Zurich in early summer. Due to a lack of internships in his region, he took the more than two-hour commute to work for two months. Fortunately, the company Tresolar, based in Cham, then showed interest in the RGS+ program. After a successful trial day, Alem is now starting a shortened internship as a solar installer at Tresolar in Zug.

Although Ibrar Ismaili successfully completed the RGS+ introductory course and the two-month internship last year, a follow-up solution was not found at that time. Instead of losing heart, Ibrar continued to lend a hand in our GreenTEAM until recently. Since our pool of experienced solar installers is slowly attracting interest from partner companies, we were able to arrange a trial day for Ibrar at the Energiegenossenschaft Schweiz.
