Garlic Harvest - Meet our GreenTEAM

The garlic harvest for Hurni Gemüse is a welcome addition for our GreenTEAM to the usual weeding and planting work that occurs in spring and early summer.

This year, our team of 20 had to be a little more flexible than usual as the weather didn't want to cooperate. Since garlic is ideally harvested when the soil is dry, our team was not able to get to work until around noon each day. In addition to the large number of harvesters, this year we were also able to provide people for cleaning and preparing the harvested garlic.
