Aiming high - Refugees go Solar+

Ten of our participants from the FastRunner program Refugees Go Solar+ (RGS+) were able to qualify for an internship at one of our partner companies. During the trial days at Helion Zuchwil, Helion Zürich, ISP (SO), Megasol (SO), eConnect (ZH), Planeco (BS) and Energiegenossenschaft Schweiz (BE), our candidates showed great motivation despite wet weather.

In a one-week introductory course conducted by our partner Solafrica at the TecLab in Burgdorf, the prospective interns learn the basics of solar technology and occupational safety before finally starting the two-month company internship.

It certainly still needs a bit of training to move safely on the roof, but our men have made a very good impression - we are mighty proud of them and wish them good luck!
